AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUN OF $838.40
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING TAXES ON, AND REDEM-
ING, LOTS 013 TO SIrj EIGHT TO TVILYE, BLOCK
ONE, LOTS SEVEN TO E163M, BLOCK NINE, SOMMOS
ADDITION, NORTH LITTLE $008, AND FOR OTM
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $839.40, or as much thereof

as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
any moneys in the General Revenue Pond, not otherwise appropriated,
for the purpose of pay the taws on, and redeeming, Lots One to
Six, Eight to Twelve, Block One, Lots Sevensto Eleven, Block Nine,
Sabser's Addition, North Little Rook, property belonging to the City
of Little Rook, and the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw fire dity'nsrf s in the aggregate sum of
$839.409 made payable to and
, with such maturity as in their discretion
is for the best interest of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
