YE-1EREAS, more than ten owners of real property" "iii"
portion of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas,

hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to
take steps toward the making f a le

city by forming said territory into an :improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situated within
the following boundaries, to -wit:
Lo-ta - -4- to 9, , i3me usiVe, FIB .:."
Block 4:; Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block 5, all in
Jones & Yworthen's Addition.
Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, Black l; Lots 1 to 5, inclusive,
Block 2, all in Owen'& Worthen's Addition.
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, all in R. L. Saxon's Subdivision.
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block 4; Lots 4, 5, and 6,
Block 5, all in T. B. Martinis Addition,
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local
improvement district, for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing, guttering, and paving, in such manner and with such
materials as the commissioners to be appointed shall determine
to be for the best interests of the district, the following
street:
West 11th Street from the west property line of
Johnson Street to the east property line of the
street know: as Valmar Street (being the street
which passes along the west side of blocks, 4 and
5, T. B. Hartin's Addition);
and that said district be designated as Street Improvement
District No. 425_ of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
