SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be and it
is hereby authorized to enter into a lease with the heirs of

block for the pur -)ose of maintaining a sidetrack of sufficient width
to accommodate ordinarj freight cars; the said lease to extend over a
period of twonty -five (25) years from t': i�a:s,�— of this orc%inance
at a rental of , °25.00 per annum to be paid in advance; provided,
that the south rail of said sidetrack shall not be placed at a greater
distrance than 12 feet from the north end of said lots.
S C IOPT 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
her .sith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall ta:a' effect and be
in force from and after its nassafre.
