DOUGHMTY-& HOYT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN
CONNECTION WIM THE EXTENSION OF THE PAY=T
OF 41,725,000.00 WARRANTS AND OTHER SERVICES
IN CONNECTION 'OITH 01,910,000.00 BOND ISSUE
AND DISBURSEtM NTS INCIDENTAL THERETO, AND
FOR OTHER PUR20SES.
indebted to the City of Little Rock in the amount of 05,815.38
as a rebate on the extension of 01,725,000.00 warrants, which
were taken byf the 01,910,000.00 bond issue, and;
:7HEREAS, the said sum of $0,815.38 has been turned
unto the hands of upon authority of the
City of Little Rock; and,
71LEREAS, the city was indebted to Reed, Dougherty &
Hoyt in the amount of 04,548.58 for professional services in
connection with the extension of 01,725,000.00 warrants, and the
V1,910,000.00 bond issue and disbursements incidental theret6;
Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 'iOCK;
SECTION 1. That the sum 9D4,548.58 be and the same is
hereby appropriated for the purpose of paying Reed, Dougherty &
Hoyt for their services as described above, and the said Reid,
Dougherty & Hoyt are hereby authorized to retain the sum of 04,548.58
of the 05,815.38 collected by them from R. M. Grant & Company for
the City of Little Rock, and the sum of 01,266.80, balance held in
their hands, wldbh has been returned by Reed, Dougherty & Hoyt to
the City of Little Rock is hereby ordered to be placed in the general
fund.

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage.
