Section 1. That'`the`- several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property in Sewer Improvement District No.
91 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and they are,
hereby assessed according to the assess - ~.lent list for said
improvement district, as the same now remai?�s in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of.ittle Rock, and as the same
may be annually readjusted by the board of assessors, and
that ten per centum (10%) of said assessment of the value of
the benefits of each of said blocks, lots and -parcels of land
shall be paid annually on or before the 15th day of August of
each year until the whole of said assessment shall have been
paid. The next annual payment shall be made on or before the
15th day of August, 1925.
Section 2. That all ordinances or p-1- is of cm dinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repecyled, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
