CM)INGS AUTHORIZING FiT3 ING BONDS OF THE CITY OF LITTER
ROCK AND THE MMUTION AND DELIVERY OF SAID BONDS.
Be it Qrdaned_by the City Council of the.,Gity of Little
Section 1. All proceedings hek+etofore taken
authorizing the Issuance, sale, delivery and execution
of $1,910,000 Bonds of the City of Little Rock, dated e
May 1, 1925, an& maturing serially as' provided in Ordinance
3801 passed Xay -- 12, 1925, and the execution #nd delive3
of said bonds by the Mayor and City Clerk, including the
execution of the coupons thereto attached by the facsimile
signature of Chas. E. Moyer, Mayor, be,-and are hereby in
all respects ratified and confirmed.
