ORDINANCE NO. 3807.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING J. H. BROWN PERMISSION
TO TRECT BRICK STORE BUILDING ON SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FOURTEENTH
AND GAINES STREETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission is hereby granted
to J. H. Brown to erect a two -story brick store building at
southwest corner of Fourteenth and Gaines Streets, the walls
of said building to be of thirteen -inch thickness; the building
to conform to all other requirements of the Building Code, and,
the Department of Public Works is hereby instructed to issue
permit therefor on payment of the usual fees.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only
insofar as they conflict with the issuance of this permit
for this building at this particular location, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
