AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1252.00 OR AS MUGH
THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PURCHASING TWO FORD TRUCKS AND BODIES FOR THE
GARBAGE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $1252.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
any moneys in the General Revenue Fund, not otherwise appropriated,
for the _purpose of purchasing two Ford trucks and bodies for the
Garbage Department, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the City's warrants in the aggregate sum of
$1252.00, or as much thereof as may be necessary, made payable to
