AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $536.50 TO PAY
ATTORNEYS' FEE AMID COURT COSTS TO ISGRIG
AND DILLON IA THE CASE OF CUMNOCK VS. CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TITTLE ROCKS
SECTION 1. That the sum of $536.50 be and the same is
hereby appropriated, out of any money in the. General Revenue Fund
not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying attorneys'
fee and court costs to Isgrig and Dillon for work done for plaintiff
and costs advanced in the case of Cumnock vs. City of Little Rock,
under authority of Ordinance # ; and the mayor and city clerk
are authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant in the amount
of $536.50, made payable to Isgrig & Dillon, and with such maturity
as in their discretion is for the best interest of the city.
