The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened session
with Mayor t�dola presiding. City Clerk Susan Langley called the roll with the
following Directors present: Hendrix; Richardson; Hurst; Keck; Kumpuris; Adcock; and
Mayor Stodola. Director Cazort, Director Wright and Vice Mayor Fortson were absent.
ITEMS:
1. Annual Evaluation of the City Manager and City Attorney.
Mayor Stodola tated that the Board of Director was in recess from the May 4, 2010, for
the purposes of conducting the annual evaluation of the City Manager and City Attorney;
however, he had received notification from both the Vice Mayor Fortson and Director
Cazort that they would not be able to attend. Mayor Stodola stated that both had
indicated that they would like to be present fort he evaluations; therefore, he felt that it
was best to d la% the evaluations.
Director Keck made the motion, seconded by Director Adcock, to adjourn the recessed
meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the meeting was
adjourned.
