3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SOURCES AND USES OF 2007 AND 2008
4 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER
5 PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock receives HOME Investment Partnership Program funds from the
8 Department of Housing & Urban Development; and
9 WHEREAS, in September of 2006 and 2007, the City of Little Rock Board of Directors approved funding for a
10 portion of the 2007 and 2008 HOME funds. At that time, funding was set aside for CHDO's and for undesignated
11 projects; and
12 WHEREAS, two (2) public hearings have been conducted in order to assure the maximum citizen input
13 possible;
14 WHEREAS, on July 8, 2009, the Project Review Committee voted to recommend the following project
15 utilizing a portion of the 2007 and 2008 HOME funds;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
17 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The Board recommends submission of the following projected use of 2007 and 2008 HOME
19 Investment Partnership funds:
20 Urban Frontier, LLC, Paul Dodds (8 units) $200,000.00
21 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of
22 this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not
23 affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared
24 or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the resolution.
25 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
