3 A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 18, 2009, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE PROPOSED USES OF 2010 CDBG AND HOME FUNDS; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, federal regulations require that a public hearing must be conducted on the proposed
8 uses of 2010 CDBG and HOME funds the City anticipates receiving from the Department of Housing and
9 Urban Development;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The public hearing regarding the proposed uses of 2008 CDBG and HOME entitlement
13 funds will be held at six o'clock on the 18th day of August, 2009.
14 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
15 by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
16 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
