AN OPDINANCE Ak NDING ORDINANCE NO. 13,553;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LI=
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 13,553 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
establish charges for the following services
performed by the Little Rock Fire Department:
(a) Fire alarm reports (for verification
of fire loss) ; and
(b) Fire Department inspection of Home
for Exceptional Children, Youth Home,
nursing homes, and daycare centers.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
