AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING INSPECTION AND REPORT
FEES FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE LITTLE ROCK
FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following charges are hereby established:
(a) Fire alarm reports (for verification of fire
loss) — $25.00 each;
(b) Fire Department inspection of Home for Exceptional
Children, Youth Home, nursing homes, daycare centers -
$10.00 per inspection.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
