A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS AND
REINSTATEMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following names persons are hereby reappointed as members of
the following Boards and Commissions:
HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS:
Kenneth McKay appointed to 1St term to replace Joseph Busby expire on 04 -30 -2013.
MIDTOWN REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 ADVISORY BOARD:
Brock Martin was reappointed as owner of Commercial Property term to expire 04 -30-
2012 and Bill Rector was appointed to his 1St term replacing Robert Sebbins as
Commissioner to expire 04 -30 -2012.
RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
Michael Moore was reappointed to 1St term to expire on 04 -30 -2012, Wayne Berger was
reappointed to his 2nd term to expire on 04 -30 -2012, Lisette Yang was appointed to 1st
term to replace Miguel Pinon to expire 04 -30 -2012, and Paul Henry was appointed to 1St
term to replace Walter Nunn to expire 04 -30 -2012.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
