AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2319 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4
NE 1/4 Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as: Starting at the southwest corner of the
SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 said Section 33; thence North 0° 19' 35" west along the
west line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 119.4 feet; thence South 89° 40' 25"
East, 30.0 feet to the point of beginning of the Tract of land herein described;
thence North 0° 19' 35" West, 540.4 feet to a point on the north line of said
SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North 89° 47' 15" east along said north line 130.0
feet; thence South 0° 19' 35" east 540.15 feet; thence South 89° 47' 15" west
130.0 feet to the point of beginning, from "A" One- family District to "C"
Two - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2385 - Described as the East 50 feet of Lots 6 and
7, and all of Lots 4 and 5, Block 12, Roots & Coy Addition, City of Little Rock,
from "B" Residence District and "F" Commercial District to "H" Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2376 - Described as the north 170 feet of the
east 280 feet of Tract 5, Arnolds Highland Acres, from "A" One- family District
to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2382 - Described as the south 345.5 feet of NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, from "A" One - family
District to "D" Apartment District and that part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SW 1/4
Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West (lying south of West 65th Street)
except the south 345.5 feet thereof from "A" One- family District to "F"
Commercial District.

Subsection (e) - Z -2361 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4,
Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; more
particularly described as follows: starting at a point where the north line
of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 intersects the easterly right -of -way of U. S. Highway
#67/70; thence south 5° 46' west along said easterly right -of -way line for
163.2 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence from
said point of beginning continue South 5° 46' west along the easterly right-
of-way line of said highway 402.4 feet; thence north 84° 14' west 25.0 feet;
thence south 5° 46" west 141.7 feet; thence south 77° 02' east 344.1 feet to
the westerly right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike; thence north 29° 13' east
along said pike 40.7 feet; thence north 69° 55' west 127.0 feet; thence north
31° 09' east 278.0 feet; thence north 34° 46' west; 364.0 feet; thence south
89° 56" west 92.6 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.2964 acres,
from "A" One- family District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
