A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND RE- APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named person(s) are herby appointed as members to
the following Boards and Commissions:
LITTLE ROCK AIRPORT COMMISSION:
Kay Kelley Arnold reappointed to a second term expiring December 31, 2013.
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
Walter Jennings reappointed to a second term expiring October 19, 2012
* Betsey Luten appointed to a first term expiring October 19, 2012
Lynn Mittelstaedt Warren appointed to a first term expiring October, 19, 2012
LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION:
William Cobb reappointed to a second term expiring on January 31, 2012.
Don Evans reappointed to a second term expiring January 31, 2012.
Melinda Faubel reappointed to a second term expiring January 31, 2012.
Gwendolyn Hodge appointed to a first term expiring January 31, 2012.
Kathy Holt appointed to a first term expiring January 31, 2008.
Jordan Johnson appointed to a second term expiring January 31, 2012.
James D. Rankin appointed to a first term expiring January 31, 2012.
LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION:
Obray Nunnley reappointed to first term expiring Nov. 1, 2011
Troy Laha reappointed to a 2 "d term expiring November 1, 2011
William Changose appointed to a first term expiring November 1, 2011; replacing
Darrin Williams who resigned September 30, 2008, term expiring November 1,
2008.
Billy Rouse, Jr. appointed to a first term expiring November 1, 2011; replacing
Valarie Pruitt who resigned October 30, 2008; term expiring November 1, 2008.
Candice Smith appointed to a first term expiring November 1, 2011; replacing
Lucas Hargraves who resigned Nov. 18, 2008; term expiring November 1, 2008.
RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE:
Terry Burruss appointed to a first term (Architect Position) expiring December 22,
2011; replacing Tim Heiple whose term expired August 6, 2007, reappointment of
Frank Porbeck (Property Owner) to a second term expiring August 8, 2011.
SISTER CITIES COMMISSION:
Barry McDaniel appointed to an unexpired term expiring January 5, 2011.
Keith Lacewell appointed to first term expiring December 23, 2013.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect corm and after its
adoption.
