RESOLUTION NO. 12,940
A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY THE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN A MEYER TO
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER TO
REPLACE DARRELL BASSETT WHOSE TERM EXPIRES JUNE 30, 2009;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the position currently held by Darrell Bassett on the Board
of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center Board, whose term expires on June 30, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby ratifies the appointment of John A. Meyer to
complete the unexpired term of Darrell Bassett on the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts
Center Board, said term to expire on June 30, 2009.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
