A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH A- DEMOLITION ASBESTOS FOR ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION OF TWENTY (20) RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with A-
Demolition., the second lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$71,600.00 for asbestos abatement, demolition and removal of twenty (20) condemned
residential properties located within the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project would be charged to 108359 - 63390- SOOT460.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
