RESOLUTION NO. 12,821
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY
DEED TO CONVEY PROPERTY TO THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER
COMMITTEE TO EXPAND A PUMP STATION NEAR INTERSTATE HIGHWAY
30 AND ARCH STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee (the "Committee ") requests that
the City convey .49 acres at the intersection of Interstate Highway 30 and Arch Street to allow
the Committee to expand its existing pump station; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors finds that conveying this property to the Committee
for the expansion of this pump station would benefit the public health and welfare of the
Citizens of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The conveyance of this .49 acre parcel of land is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee.
Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution.
Section 3. Repealer. Alt laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
