A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hearby appointed as a member of the
respective Board or Commission:
LITTLE ROCK RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Mayo Johnson, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Seth Smiley, said term
said term expiring on March 31, 2010.
Judy F. Green, appointed to serve a full three -year term, replacing Mayo
Johnson, serving as Ward 1 representative, said term expiring on March 31, 2011.
Christopher Love, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by the
attendance termination of Letrice Y. Hence, said term expiring on March 31, 2010.
Teresa Belew Sproles, appointed to serve a full three -year term (first), replacing
Dorothy Hollerman, said term expiring on March 31, 2011.
Youmna El- Sabaa, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by the
resignation of Hatim Smouni, said term expiring on March 31, 2009.
Charles Armstrong, appointed to serve an unexpired term, representing the
Little Rock School Board, said term expiring on March 31, 2009.
LITTLE ROCK LAND BANK COMMISSION
Section 12 (f) of Ordinance 19,911 (01- 15 -08) states:
Section 12. Appointment of Commission Members and
Commission Procedures. (f) The members of the Commission shall
have terms of four (4) years, except that the initial members shall have
staggered terms to be decided by drawing lots. Five (5) members shall
have four (4) year terms, and four (4) members shall have two (2) year
terms.

Per Ordinance 19,911 (01- 15 -08) term lengths will be assigned after first meeting.

Little Rock Community Housing Board representative — Mike Robinson
Low/Moderate Income Housing Position - Andrew. V. Francis
Housing Industry Position - Willis Smith
Financial Institution Position - Hillis Schild
At -Large Position - Grace Hayes Blagdon (Ward 1)
At -Large Position — Susan Chan (Ward 3)
At -Large Position - Arlen Jones (Ward 5)
At -Large Position - Keith A. Wingfield (Ward 4)
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
