RESOLUTION NO. 12,662
A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 18, 2008, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO ABANDON A 10 -FOOT -WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED IN LOTS 711 811 AND 911 OF MYSTERY MANOR ADDITION, LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon a 10- foot -wide utility easement located within the property at 9101 Lew Drive,
being Lots 7R 8R and 9R of Mystery Manor Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police
power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be
held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at
six o'clock on the 18th day of March, 2008.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
