4 THE PETITION TO ABANDON PORTIONS OF CROSBY, VENTURA, BEDFORD
5 AND EAST 10TH STREETS AND ALLEYS LOCATED WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO
6 BLOCKS 36 AND 43, INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION, LITTLE ROCK,
7 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon portions of Crosby, Ventura, Bedford and East 10th Streets and alleys located
within and adjacent to Blocks 36 and 43, Industrial Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its
general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be
held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at
six o'clock on the 18th day of March, 2008.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
