HomeMy WebLinkAbout12167ORDINANCE NO. 12,167 AN ORDINANCE CONSOLIDATING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY TREASURER WITH THE POSITION AND OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND TRANSFERRING THE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY OF SAID CITY TREASURER TO THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The office of City Treasurer is hereby consolidated with the office and position of Director of Finance and all duties, responsibilities and authority of said office of City Treasurer shall henceforth, from the effective date of this Ordinance, be charged to and vested in the office and position of Director of Finance. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 1969, and all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
