BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -R: Part of the W ',� of the SW 14 of Section 8, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 8, thence North, along the West line of said Section 8, 942.3 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence, continuing on the West line of said Section 8 N 2 °25131" E, 1141.0 feet to a point in the centerline of Beck Road; thence, along the centerline of Beck Road, the following bearings and distances: S 60 °41106" E, 149.9 feet; S 67 °02135" E, 417.8 feet; S 51 °27126" E, 94.3 feet; S 18 °44151" E, 85.4 feet; S 4 °16155" E, 78.7 feet; S 4 °15106" E, 254.2 feet; S 4 ° 25' 13" W, 43.7 feet; S 4 ° 34' 46" W, 295.6 feet; thence, leaving said centerline, S 80 °35' W, 573.81 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 12.93 acres, more or less. SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
