3 A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY THE RE- APPOINTMENT OF MS.
4 WILMA J. SWINNEY AS RESIDENT COMMISSIONER OF THE
5 HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
6 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
9 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That Wilma J. Swinney is hereby re- appointed as Resident
11 Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock Board of
12 Commissioners for a four -year term beginning October 2005 and expiring October 2009.
13 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
14 adoption.

EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS HELD
ON THE 23rd DAY OF AUGUST, 2005
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at the Administration Offices, 1000 Wolfe Street, Little
Rock, Arkansas at 11:30 pm on August 23, 2005.
The Chairperson called the Regular Session to order and upon roll call the
following Commissioners answered present:
Commissioners Copeland, Swinney, Gray, Sheffield, and Walker
The Chairperson thereupon declared a quorum present and the regular meeting
called to order.
Commissioner Walker moved that Ms. Wilma J. Swinney be reappointed as
Resident Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock Board of
Commissioners for a 4 year term beginning October 2005 and expiring October 2009.
Commissioner Gray seconded the motion and upon roll call the following vote
was recorded:
"AYES " - Commissioner Copeland, Swinney, Gray, Sheffield and Walker
"NAYS " - NONE.
The Chairman then upon declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted.
There being no further business to properly come before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned.

Attached is a Certificate of Reppointment in connection with the reappointment of
Ms. Wilma J. Swinney as Resident Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
At a meeting of our Commissioners, they reappointed Ms. Wilma J. Swinney,
Resident Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Also attached are Certificates of the Mayor and
Certificates of the City Clerk.
It will be appreciated if you will see that these documents are placed in the
channels for action.
After these papers have been acted upon, will you please retain the original
Certificates of Appointment for your files and forward the remaining copies to this office
as soon as possible.
