HomeMy WebLinkAbout19833ORDINANCE NO. 19,833 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 6064 -A — Described as part of the NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 33, T -1- N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said NW '/4 NE '/4, which is 418 feet South of the NW corner thereof, thence run S67° East, 568 feet to the Westerly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 70; thence run in a Southwesterly direction along said highway 242.3 feet; thence run in a Northwesterly direction 417.6 feet to a point on the West line of said NW '/4 of NE '/4 which is 661.1 feet South of the NW corner of said NW '/4 of NE '/4; thence run North 243.1 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT the North 10 feet thereof used as a roadway, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. AND Part of the NW '/4 NE '/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point 661.1 feet South of the NW corner of said NW '/4 NE '/4; thence S66 °04' E, 412.6 feet to a point on the Westerly right -of -way line of Stagecoach Road; thence S25 °34' W, 176 feet along said Westerly right -of -line; thence N65 °23' W, 341 feet to a point on the West line of said NW '/4 NE '/4; thence North 186 feet along said West line of the point of beginning, containing 1.5 acres, more or less: From "R- 2" Single Family District and "O -1" Quiet Office District to "C -3" General Commercial District. (7600 -7610 Stagecoach Road) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
