A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR CHENAL PARKWAY AT PRIDE VALLEY
SIGNAL INSTALLATION INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for project Chenal Parkway at Pride Valley Signal
Installation Intersection Improvements, Bid No.07 -241;
AND, All Service Electric, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid, in the amount of
$111,428.07 ($101,298.25 plus $10% for contingencies);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with All
Service Electric, Inc. for construction of Chenal Parkway at Pride Valley Signal
Installation Intersection Improvements, in an amount not to exceed $111 ,428.07
($101,298.25 plus $10% for contingencies).
SECTION 2. Funding for the project was provided by private contributions.
SECTION 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions
of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared
or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution.
SECTION 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of
such inconsistency.
SECTION 5. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
