RESOLUTION NO. 12,552
A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 21 , 2007, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF EAST 22ND STREET AND
FRAZIER PIKE STREET, INCLUDING THE ABANDONMENT OF UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENTS); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon a portion of East 22nd Street and Frazier Pike Street, including the abandonment of
utility and drainage easements, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann.
414 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be
held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at
six o'clock on the 21st day of August, 2007.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
