RESOLUTION NO. 12,525
A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 19 , 2007, AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE FIRST TEE WAY
EXCESS RIGHT -OF -WAY, LOCATED ADJACENT TO 4520 S. UNIVERSITY
AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon the North 15 feet of the First Tee Way excess right -of -way (15 feet by
approximately 200 feet, tapering to 0 feet to the East and West) located adjacent to 4520 S. University
Avenue, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be
held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at
six o'clock on the 19`h day of June, 2007.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
