RESOLUTION NO. 12,504
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH OSBURN ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF
REFLECTIVE SIGN SHEETING MATERIALS FOR THE TRAFFIC CONTROL SECTION
OF PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Invitation to Bid #C07011 was issued for the annual contract for reflective sign
sheeting for traffic control and information signs, and Osburn Associates, Inc. submitted the most
responsive and responsible bid in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), and
WHEREAS, this contract will be for a period of one year from the date of award with the
provision for extending yearly for two (2) additional years, upon agreement of both parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an annual
contract with Osburn Associates, Inc. for the purchase of reflective sign sheeting material in the
amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).
Section 2. Funds for this purpose are to be allocated from Account No. 204008 - 60160.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain
in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All taws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
