HomeMy WebLinkAbout12503RESOLUTION NO. 12,503 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LANDS. WHEREAS, the Arkansas General Assembly has given municipalities the power to annex areas that are completely surrounded by said municipalities under Act 314 of 1979; and, WHEREAS, a public hearing must be conducted within sixty (60) days of the proposal of the ordinance calling for annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. SECTION I. That the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock shall hold a public hearing on at their regular meeting on June 19, 2007 at 6PM, regarding the proposed annexation of the following property. The attached exhibits are maps of said property and are a part of this resolution.
