RESOLUTION NO. 12,481
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO DEDICATE A STRIP OF
CITY -OWNED LAND AT THE TERRY PUBLIC LIBRARY AS RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR THE NAPA VALLEY DRIVE (HINSON TO ST. CHARLES)
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department has entered into an
agreement with the City to provide grant funds for the street improvement project, and
WHEREAS, In order to certify to the AHTD that the City has acquired all right -of -way for the
project, certain lands owned by the City must be dedicated as public right -of -way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute a dedication deed of public lands as right -of-
way at the Terry Library School as depicted in the approved plans for the Napa Valley Drive project and
described in the attached dedication agreement.
Section 2. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
