4 NO. 11,777 (JULY 13, 2004) TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
5 CONTAINED ON ATTACHMENT "A "; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, in Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 11,777 (July 13, 2004), the Board
9 granted a right -of -way easement to Entergy Arkansas, Inc. for the purpose of placement
10 of electrical facilities on a portion of land owned by the City of Little Rock, located in
11 the Russell's Addition to the City of Little Rock.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
13 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The Board hereby amends said Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No.
15 11,777, by substituting Attachment "A" which contains a corrected legal description.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
17 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
18 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
19 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
20 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
21 resolution.
22 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with this
23 resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

This agreement provides for air rights and maintenance responsibility for the

following described real property:

A part of Russell's Addition, Rectortown Addition in the City of Little
7
Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, and being more particularly
8
described as follows:

Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 2 of the Rectortown Addition
10
to the City of Little Rock; thence N 51 °37'40" W 28.84 feet to a point of the
11
North line of a 20 foot utility corridor and the Point of Beginning of a 10
12
foot wide utility easement being 5 foot either side of the following
13
described line.

N 2 °3'10 "E 9.14 feet to a point, thence
15
N 51 012'26" E 119.91 feet to a point, thence
16
N 6 030'23" E 278.58 feet the end of said easement and the point of
17
beginning of the centerline of a 15.3 foot wide transformer pad being 7.65
18
feet either side of the following described line.

N 10 002'57" E 29.4 feet.
