AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON THE TEN-
FOOT -WIDE SEWER EASEMENT AND A PRIVATE FIFTEEN-
FOOT -WATER EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 1, STAFCO'S
REPLAT OF GOFF'S NO. 1 ADDITION, LOCATED AT 1901 E.
ROOSEVELT ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a request was made to abandon the ten - foot -wide sewer easement
11 and a private fifteen - foot -wide water easement, pursuant to the City's general police
12 power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104;
13 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the abandoning of these utility
14 easements will'not have an adverse impact on other property owners and all utility
15 companies approve the requested abandonment, and therefore, the easement
16 abandoned by this ordinance is no longer needed for corporate purposes except as
17 otherwise noted below.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
19 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
20 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons the
21 ten - foot -wide sewer easement and a private fifteen - foot -wide water easement, located
22 in Lot 1, Stafco's Replat of Goff's No. 1 Addition, at 1901 E. Roosevelt Road, in the City
23 of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
24 Section 3. A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed
25 in the real estate records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex officio recorder of
26 Pulaski County, Arkansas. * IRCU,�
