AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATIW4)$"
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed
as indicated:
Z- 3592 -1— Described as part of Lot I, Westrock Office Addition, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas as filed for record in Plat Book E, Page 544.
BEGINNING at the NW corner of said Lot 1; thence S87 °41'22" East along the
north line of said Lot 1, a distance of 550.04 feet to the NE comer of said Lot I being
on the southwesterly right -of -way line of Center View Drive; thence along said
southwesterly right -of -way line on a curve to the left having a radius of 906.25 feet,
an arc length of 86.26 feet and a chord that bears S25 °57'40" East, a distance of
86.22 feet; thence S28'41'1 7" East along said southwesterly right -of -way line, a
distance of 316.74 feet to the Zoning Boundary line; thence N87 °36'35" West along
said Zoning Boundary line, a distance of 754.85 feet to the West line of said Lot 1;
thence NO2 °25'40" East along the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 346.40 feet to
the Point of Beginning; containing 5.179 acres (225,586 sq. ft.) more or less: From
"O -1" Quiet Office District to "0-3" General Office District. (West side of
Centerview Drive, between Executive Center Drive and Peach Tree Drive).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date
of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional
was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
