AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR 361h STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Village at Brodie
Creek along the west side of I -430 between Col Glenn and 36`h Street, and Bowman
Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred
for five years from the effective date of this ordinance or until adjacent
development occurs. The specific waiver is for widening and improving 36`h
Street.
Subsection b. A right -of -way dedications in accordance with the Master Street
Plan will be required with the final plat for the lots.
Subsection c. Improvements to Bowman Road will be performed with site
development.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
