AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE PINNACLE PLANNING
DISTRICT FROM SINGLE FAMILY, OFFICE AND
MULTIFAMILY TO COMMERCIAL, OFFICE,
PARK /OPEN SPACE AND MULTI - FAMILY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning. Commission believes
it appropriate to amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a portion of the Single Family located
on Cantrell Road opposite the Commercial shown at the
southeast corner of Cantrell Road and Chenal Parkway and
east of the utility substation be amended to Commercial for
a depth of four hundred feet north of Cantrell Road.
SECTION 2. That a portion of the Single Family north
of the area described in Section 1 for a depth of 400 feet
north and located west of the utility substation be amended
to Commercial.
SECTION 3. That the southern half of the Office
located north of the Commercial on the northeast corner of
Chenal Parkway and Cantrell Road and a portion of the
Single Family to the north of the utility substation be
amended to Commercial.
SECTION 4. That approximately seventeen (17) acres of
the Single Family north of the area stated previously in
section three be amended to Multi - Family.
SECTION 5. That Office and the eastern half of the
Multi- Family located on the north side of Cantrell Road
east of the Public Institutional located at the northeast
corner of Highway 300 and Cantrell Road be amended to
Commercial with a 75 foot strip of Park /Open space on the
western boundary.
SECTION 6. That Single Family and the western half of
Multi- Family located on the east side of Highway 300 north
of the Public Institutional located at the northeast corner
of Highway 300 and Cantrell Road be amended to Office.
Multi - Family located on the east side of Highway 300 north
of the Public Institutional located at the northeast corner
of Highway 300 and Cantrell Road be amended to Office.
SECTION 7. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
