BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 6973 -A — Part of the SW '/4 NW '/4 Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the NW corner of SW '/4 NW '/4 Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13- W; thence SO1 °00'W, 317.4 feet; thence S63 °06'E, 408.7 feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of Lawson Road; thence N23 °59'E, along centerline of Lawson Road 75.0 feet to a railroad spike; thence N09 °48'E along centerline of Lawson Road 168.6 feet; thence N870001E, 25 feet to the East right -of -way line of Lawson Road and the SW corner of Milan (Model Market) survey for the Point of Beginning; thence continue N87 °00'E,253.85 feet; thence SO1 043'33 "E, 183.52 feet; thence N84'24'1 9"W, 281.48 feet to the East right -of -way of Lawson Road; thence N08 024'50 "E, 144.26 feet to the Point of Beginning. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
