BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -7549 — A part of the SE '/4 SW '/4 SW '/4 NE 'A Section 15, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas lying North of Arkansas Highway 10 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the SE '/4 SW %4 SW '/4 NE' /4 of said Section 15 and the North right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 10; thence N88° 16'29" West 259.87 feet along North right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 10 to a point; thence continue along said North right -of- way N83 °38' 16" West 64.03 feet to a found 2 %" metal pipe; thence NO2 °02'30" West 284.25 feet to a found 2 %" metal pipe; thence S87 °12'37" East 328.60 feet to a found metal pipe; thence S02 °00'48" West 283.32 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.11 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial District (19420 Cantrell Road). SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer.
