BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD -O to Revised PD -O: A parcel of land described as follows: All that part of the NW '/4 SW %4 Section 14, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said NW '/4, SW '/4 Section 14; thence N01 055'55" East along the East line thereof for 846.35 feet to a 5/8 inch pipe and the point of beginning; thence N87 °13'50" West for 204.76 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar on the East right -of -way line of Norton Road; thence NO2 °04'35" East along said Road right -of -way for 190.34 feet to a 5/8 inch pipe on the South right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway Number 10; thence S77 °27'46" East along said State Highway Number 10 for 180.12 feet to a 5/8 inch pipe; thence continuing along said State Highway Number 10 S86 °40'46" East for 27.22 feet to a 5/8 inch pipe on the East line of said NW %4 S W '/4; thence S01 °55'55" West leaving said road and along the East line of said NW '/4 SW %4 for 159.52 feet to the point of beginning, containing 35,384 square feet or 0.812 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for My Little School Revised Short-form PD -O is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e).ofthe' ° «.,° Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 6. Severabiliry. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
