AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED PLATTED
BUILDING LINE, REDUCED MINIMUM LOT WIDTHS
AND REDUCED MINIMUM LOT AREA FOR THE
WOODLANDS EDGE SUBDIVISION — PRELIMINARY
PLAT (S- 1313 -E), LOCATED NEAR SWEET GRASS DRIVE
AND WOODLANDS TRAILS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Woodlands Edge Subdivision —
Preliminary Plat (S- 1313 -E) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -256 to allow Lots 21, 22, 34 — 36 and Lot 46 of Block 20 and Lot 16 of Block
21 of the Woodlands Edge Subdivision to develop with a reduced platted building line.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(e) to allow Lots 36 and 56 of Block 20 of the Woodlands Edge
Subdivision to develop with a reduced minimum lot width.
Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31- 232(a) to allow Lots 13 and 22 of Block 21 of the Woodlands„fidge�,,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days frdfn0and- after- i'ts'__y<=
