OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR UNIVERSITY AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Twin City Bank at the,
Broadmoor Shopping Center, 2910 University Avenue located on the south side of street
between 28`h Street and Lakeshore Drive.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be
waived for that portion of the Broadmoor property not contained within the Twin
City Bank lease area. The specific waiver is for widening and improving
University Avenue. The waiver is specifically for this project only, and any
future developments will be subject to Master Street Plan requirements.
Subsection b. The requirement to dedicate additional right -of -way across the
entire property frontage from 28`h Street to Lakeshore Drive is also waived. The
waiver is specifically for this project only, as shown on the plans for the
University Avenue improvement project. Any future developments will be
subject to Master Street Plan requirements.
