AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR ASHER AVENUE
AND ROOSEVELT ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Arkansas Radiator
Works, 3901 Asher Avenue located on the south side of the intersection of Asher Avenue
with Roosevelt Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be
deferred for a period of 5 years from the effective date of this ordinance, or until
construction funding is obtained to widen Asher Avenue, whichever occurs first.
The specific deferral is for widening and improving Asher Avenue and Roosevelt
Road.
Subsection b. An additional right -of -way dedication of varying from 10' wide at
the west edge of the property to nothing on the east side is required, or as shown
on the final project design.
