That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for New Hope Baptist Church Subdivision — Preliminary Plat (5 -1389) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) to allow Parcel 1 of the New Hope Baptist Church Subdivision to develop with an increased depth to width ratio. Subsection B. That variances are-granted from the provision of Chapter 31, Section 31 -256 to allow Parcel 2 of the New Hope Baptist Church Subdivision to develop with a reduced front platted building line.
