BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to PCD: Part of the SE '/4 SE '/4 and SW %4 SE ''A of Section 18, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas Lying North of Arkansas State Highway 10 more particularly described as: Beginning at the northeast comer of the SW '/4 SE 'A of said Section 18; thence S88 043'28 "E, 330.0 feet; thence SO1 °31'09 "W, 453.08 feet; thence SO1°22'03W, 760.10 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway 10; thence S87 011'19 "W along said north right -of -way line 129.96 feet; thence S85 °36'40 "W continuing along said north tight -of -way line, 198.02 feet; thence S79 °14' 10 "W continuing along said north right -of -way line, 167.19 feet to a point on the east line of Lot P, Pine Mountain Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence NO1 °09'44 "E along said east line and along the east line of Lots O and N, said Pine Mountain Subdivision, 289.73 feet; thence S77 °39'09 "E, 169:07 feet to a point on the east line of said SW '/4 SE '/4, Section 18; thence NO1 °09'44 "E along said east line, 1019.60 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.1755 acres more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lusk Long -form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hg}asky. amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate,tht0's provided for in Section I hereof. !- 4\ _71-1. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
