AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR ARCH STREET PIKE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the ML Cotton Mini -
Storage located at 7724 Arch Street Pike.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be
deferred for five -years for the proposed mini - storage project only. The specific
deferral is for widening and improving 150 feet of frontage on Arch Street Pike.
Subsection b. A right -of -way dedication of 25 feet in width on Arch Street is
required in accordance with the Master Street Plan.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
