AN ORDINANCE'AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR GINA AND
HEINKE ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Martin Family
Estate Subdivision located along Gina Road east from the intersection with Heinke Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
boundary street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be
deferred for a period of 10 years from the effective date of this ordinance, or until
adjacent development occurs. The specific deferral is for widening and
improving Gina and Heinke Road.
Subsection b. An additional right -of -way dedication of 10 feet on Gina Road and
25 feet on Heinke Road is required.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
