AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby
changed as indicated:
Z -7377 — Part of the East' /4 of the NE' /4 of the NE '/4 of Section 17, T -2 -N,
R -14 -W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said NE '/4 NE '/4; run thence S88 °46" West
along the North line of said Section 17, 946.57 feet; run thence South 445.05
feet to the centerline of State Highway No. 10, as now located; thence
S81 046" East 281.35 feet to a point; thence N85 °36" East 365.4 feet to a
point; thence N74 °54" East 251.03 feet to a point; thence N17 °42" West
266.3 feet to a point; thence N47 °48" East 202.2 feet to the point of beginning
except the South 50 feet of said tract, being the right -of -way for State
Highway No. 10, containing 8.5 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family District to "AF" Agriculture and Forestry District. (North side of
Cantrell Road (Hwy. 10), approximately 0.4 mile east of Femdale Cut -Off
Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the
date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severabilily. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the
ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged
invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are
inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
