HomeMy WebLinkAbout18836i ORDINANCE NO. 18,836 0 2003027639 03/25/2083 91:13:34 PH Filed 8 Recorded in Official Records of CAROLYN STALEY PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT /COUNTY CLERK Fees $23.09 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED STAGECOACH VILLAGE REVISED PCD LOTS 2 AND 4 (Z- 6178 -G) LOCATED AT 9222 STAGECOACH ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD: Lot 4 of the Stagecoach Village Subdivision and a tract of property described as Part of the North' /2 of the NE' /a of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -li -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the SW corner of the North %2 NE '/4 Section 5; thence S85 057'00 "E 968.84 feet to a point of the West right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway 5 the following courses: N06 °12'54" East 51.66 feet; N53 020'23" East 60.4 feet; N28 053'45" East 81.90 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N61 °06'15" West 210.0 feet; thence N28 °53'45" East 130.0 feet; thence S61 006'15" East 210.0 feet to a point on the West right - of -way line of Arkansas Highway 5 (Stagecoach Road); thence S28 °53'45" West along said right -of -way 130.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.62 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Stagecoach Village Short-form PCD (Lots 2 and 4) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the snap referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 0 0 SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
